Upon arrival, I was completely taken aback by the state of the place. It felt more like a garage than a hotel. The receptionist was unfriendly, and the room was filthy, with stained sheets and debris from previous guests. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

The location is unbeatable, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. My room was spacious and had a very comfortable king-sized bed, and the updated bathroom offered a hot shower that was refreshing. However, I encountered several issues. there was hair on the bed, the air conditioning was inconsistent, and hot water was not available during my stay.

the check-in process was a bit rocky,, as staff had trouble finding my reservation. the room was clean and had a comfy king size bed🛏️. great water pressure in the shower🚿 and a microwave/fridge was super helpful!

The room needed attention. both the sheets and towels showed signs of wear, including cigarette burns on the sheets which were not addressed despite requests. The bath amenities left much to be desired, with the bathtub looking unkempt and a constant need for more toilet paper due to low inventory. Additionally, the absence of a couch or even a small chair in the room made it feel a bit void and uncomfortable, and the location of the air conditioning unit was awkwardly placed away from the main sitting area, which led to an uncomfortable temperature shift just after showers.
